Our story
Vishnu Foundation is a builders and real estate firm working across South Chennai — Chitlapakkam, Rajakilpakkam, Selaiyur, Madipakkam, Palikaranai, and Mappedu. Every project runs on the same materials sheet: red bricks, Kamatchi TMT steel, Ramco & UltraTech cement, American Standard fittings, and Legrand switches, whether it's a compact 2 BHK or a 1,860 sq.ft 3 BHK.
We currently have five live addresses — Vishnu GuruKirupa Flats in Chitlapakkam, Crystal Flat in Rajakilpakkam, Vishnu Signature Flats in Mappedu, Vishnu Silver Stone Flats in Selaiyur, and a new classical-elevation apartment block spanning Madipakkam and Palikaranai.

Enquiries across all five Vishnu Foundation sites are handled directly through our Rajakilpakkam office — no call centre, no hand-off between departments.
